Privacy Policy

This Policy describes how Cristal Hunter ("we"), a product of Agência Fada Madrinha, collects, uses and protects users' personal data, in line with applicable data protection laws (including Brazil's LGPD — Law No. 13.709/2018).

1. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email and password (stored with irreversible encryption).
• Payment data: processed entirely by the Cakto platform. We do not store card numbers.
• Usage data: searches performed, groups saved to your account, and anonymous telemetry about how the extension works (number and success of operations, with no personal content).
• Technical identifiers: we use an anonymized, derived code from your IP address (a hash) solely to limit free trials and sign-ups. The original IP is not stored.
• Cookies: a session cookie (authentication) and the Meta pixel for ad measurement.

2. How we use the data

• Authenticate your access and keep your account and saved groups;
• Activate and manage your subscription;
• Provide support and send service-related communications;
• Improve the product through aggregated, anonymous metrics;
• Measure advertising campaigns (Meta pixel).

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with processors required to run the service: Vercel (hosting), Google Firebase (database), Cakto (payments) and Meta (ad measurement), all bound by data-protection obligations.

4. Your rights

At any time you may request: confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability or deletion of your data, as well as withdrawal of consent. Just email the contact below.

5. Retention and security

We keep data while your account exists or as required by legal obligations. We apply encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords and restricted access control.
